At Quinteroc, we understand that plans can shift. Whether you need to cancel an order or tweak your shipping details, we’re here to help make it smooth. Please review our guidelines below.
Order Cancellation/Modifications
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund or modify the order within 24 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation/modification, please email us as soon as possible at support@quinteroc.com. Include your order number and a clear cancellation/modification request. We’ll cancel it and issue a full refund for the cancellation request.
Shipping Address Updates
If your order has entered production but hasn’t shipped out yet, you can still request a shipping address change.
To update your delivery address, please email us right away at support@quinteroc.com. We’ll do our best to catch it before it leaves our facility. Once your package has been dispatched, we can’t make any further changes.
Refund Process
Once your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be returned to your original payment method.
- Additional Time: Your bank or payment provider may take an extra 3–5 business days to post the funds back to your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, we recommend checking with your bank or contacting our support team at support@quinteroc.com.
