1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once processed, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the U.S. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

3. What is the shipping fee?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all domestic orders, regardless of size or quantity.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes – you may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, if the order hasn’t shipped yet, you may only update the shipping address. Once shipped, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption.

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in appropriate packaging. Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons of buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

7. How do I request a return?

Please email us at support@quinteroc.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a short description of the issue. Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions.

8. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

9. What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

10. Do your rugs come in different sizes and colors?

Yes! Our rugs are available in a variety of sizes and color combinations to fit different spaces and styles. Each product page includes a size guide and available color options.

11. Are your rugs machine-washable?

Our rugs are made of durable materials like polyester and non-woven fabric with anti-skid backing. While not all are machine-washable, they are easy to clean and maintain. We recommend vacuuming regularly and spot cleaning with a mild detergent as needed.

12. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
