How to Submit a Claim

• Your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete claims may not be processed.

Response and Review

Upon receiving a complete and valid claim, our team will promptly review the materials and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also contact you for further clarification or documentation if needed.
