The fabric is dyed using advanced technology, resulting in vivid, fade-resistant colors and excellent water absorption for everyday use.

Rugs are folded for shipping and may arrive with crease lines. These are not quality defects and will gradually smooth out with use.

• Shipping Days: Monday–Friday only; no shipping on weekends or federal holidays.

  • Within 24 hours: Can change items or cancel.

  • After 24 hours (before shipment): Only address updates allowed.

  • After shipment: No changes; returns accepted post-delivery.

• Tracking: Sent via email once shipped.

• Timeframe: Request support within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Not Accepted: Only applies to Quinteroc's confirmed errors (Defects, damage, or fulfillment mistakes).
• How to Return:
  Email support@quinteroc.com with your order details and clear photo evidence of the issue. If approved, we send a free prepaid return label.
• Customer Error: We do not accept returns/exchanges for Change of Mind or if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or design. Please check your order carefully before checkout.
• Exchange Solution: We provide a free prepaid return label, and once inspected, we immediately ship a new replacement item at no charge.
• Refunds: A full refund is issued only if the replacement is out of stock or if the customer requests a refund for a confirmed error.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
