At Quinteroc, we are committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and transparently. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process – from preparation time to delivery schedule, holiday closures, and more.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days from the time your purchase is confirmed. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Time & Cost

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

  • Shipping Duration: 5-7 business days (after processing)
  • Flat Shipping Fee: $6.99 for all orders, regardless of size or destination within the U.S.
  • Carrier Services: We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your rug arrives safely and on time.
3. Shipping Schedule & Holidays

We only ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or during official U.S. federal holidays.

The following holidays are observed and we do not ship on these dates:
  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)
  • Presidents’ Day (Third Monday in February)
  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)
  • Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)
  • Veterans Day (November 11)
  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

Orders placed on or near these dates will be processed the following business day.

4. Order Changes & Modifications

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a 24-hour window from the time you place your order to make any changes or cancel your order entirely.

  • Within 24 hours: You may request to change items, quantities, or cancel your order.
  • After 24 hours (and before shipment): You may only request to update the shipping address. Changes to the items or cancellation are no longer possible.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in transit. You may still initiate a return after delivery per our Refund and Returns Policy.

To request a change, please email us at support@quinteroc.com with your order number and request details. Our team will confirm if your order is still eligible for updates.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact our support team.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently offer international shipping or deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories outside the 50 states.
