Measuring approximately 5-6mm in thickness, our rugs are engineered for comfort underfoot while maintaining a slim profile that fits effortlessly under doors or furniture. The fabric is dyed using advanced technology, resulting in vivid, fade-resistant colors and excellent water absorption for everyday use.

What sets our rugs apart is their reinforced seam stitching, preventing fraying and ensuring long-lasting edges that stand the test of time. The anti-skid dotted backing keeps the rug securely in place - even on smooth or wet surfaces- making it safe and practical for a wide range of indoor settings.

Perfect for the living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, entryway, dining area, balcony, or hallway, our rugs offer both form and function in every corner of your home. With multiple sizes and border color options including black, red, grey, and beige, you can find the perfect match for your space and décor.

Please Note:
Manual measurement may result in a 1-3 cm size variation.

Rugs are folded for shipping and may arrive with crease lines. These are not quality defects and will gradually smooth out with use.

Due to lighting and production variations, slight color differences may occur.

Borders are available in various shades for added aesthetic options.

Shipping Policy

At Quinteroc, we are committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and transparently. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process – from preparation time to delivery schedule, holiday closures, and more.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days from the time your purchase is confirmed. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Time & Cost

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

  • Shipping Duration: 5-7 business days (after processing)
  • Flat Shipping Fee: $6.99 for all orders, regardless of size or destination within the U.S.
  • Carrier Services: We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your rug arrives safely and on time.
3. Shipping Schedule & Holidays

We only ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or during official U.S. federal holidays.

The following holidays are observed and we do not ship on these dates:
  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)
  • Presidents’ Day (Third Monday in February)
  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)
  • Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)
  • Veterans Day (November 11)
  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

Orders placed on or near these dates will be processed the following business day.

4. Order Changes & Modifications

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a 24-hour window from the time you place your order to make any changes or cancel your order entirely.

  • Within 24 hours: You may request to change items, quantities, or cancel your order.
  • After 24 hours (and before shipment): You may only request to update the shipping address. Changes to the items or cancellation are no longer possible.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in transit. You may still initiate a return after delivery per our Refund and Returns Policy.

To request a change, please email us at support@quinteroc.com with your order number and request details. Our team will confirm if your order is still eligible for updates.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact our support team.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently offer international shipping or deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories outside the 50 states.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Quinteroc, we pour care and craftsmanship into every rug we create. Your satisfaction is central to our mission. While we hope you’ll love what you ordered, we understand that there may be rare instances where a return is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions, process, and expectations around returns and refunds for our valued customers.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we, unfortunately, cannot accept the return. Please ensure the item is:

  • In unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition
  • Returned in its original packaging (or packaging offering equivalent protection)
  • Accompanied by your order number and proof of purchase
    Please note: Returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or color variation on different screens will not be accepted. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order.
2. What Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Rugs that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day return window
  • Returns requested solely due to buyer’s remorse or change of style
3. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, email our Customer Care Team at support@quinteroc.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the issue
    Once received, our team will assess your request and respond within 24 hours with next steps. If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and return shipping guidelines. Please do not return any items without prior confirmation, as unapproved returns may not be processed.
4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will issue a full refund for the returned product (excluding shipping fees) to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your payment provider. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to receive a different item, we kindly ask that you initiate a return for your original order (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We deeply regret if your rug arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it – whether by replacement, refund, or other appropriate action.
